I love this product. I do not have much counter space in my kitchen, especially when I'm baking and have ingredients, tools, etc strewn about. This product is so useful not only for cooling your sheets when you're baking but also for holding them when you're serving a large meal buffet-style and you have items that can go on cookie sheets. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is that it's difficult to get the bottom rack to fold in. You really have to use your muscles and squeeze the legs inward while simultaneously pressing it upward. The other three racks fold easily. I recommend keeping the box because it makes the perfect storage container for this product.

a couple of weeks ago we spent the entire weekend making cookies I wish I would have had at least one of these then. I used it this last Saturday and it was great not to have to spread the cookie sheets out to cool.

It works great and I really love that it folds flat for storage. I plan on getting two more for those large cooking/baking fests I have.

If you bake a lot of cookies do NOT hesitate to buy this! It creates fabulous vertical space to hold four sheets to cool, wait for baking, dry iced cookies, etc. It also folds very nicely and takes only as much storage space as another cookie sheet. I LOVE it!
